The Rock Cats organize many events to assist companies in building customer relationships and maintaining positive employee morale. Hospitality options for 2010 include, but are not limited to: Traditional Picnics, Sam Adams Deck Parties and Luxury Suite Rentals!

The Rock Cats Triple Play Packages give companies the opportunity to host multiple events at New Britain Stadium, while saving on the bottom line! These packages are an affordable and convenient way to meet your company’s hospitality needs throughout the spring and summer!

Events include All-You-Can-Eat Picnics, Luxury Suite Rentals with food credits and a flexible On-Demand Package giving you an opportunity to receive an allotment of tickets to be used at your discretion. In addition companies also receive a First Pitch, Video Board recognition and more

Entertain your employees, clients and friends by hosting a ballpark picnic at New Britain Stadium. Fans of all ages will enjoy a unique experience including an all-you-can-eat feast followed by a Rock Cats game. Picnics are served in either the AT&T Patio, Webster Terrace, or 3rd Base Picnic Plaza! All picnics begin one hour prior to game time and service continues for 90 minutes. Picnic package includes all-you-can-eat buffet and a ticket to the game. We take care of the set-up, serving and clean up - all you have to do is enjoy the Rock Cats entertainment experience!

Exclusive Picnics

Reserve your own private picnic area for the entire game and customize an upscale menu.

Menu Options include but are not limited to:

Host an event on the Samuel Adams Party Deck. The private deck area is the ultimate spot for casual entertaining. Your event can include full bar service and a customized menu of hor d'oeurves and/or traditional ballpark fare.

Don't miss a minute of the action by having your own private ballpark waiter for your group throughout the game. Enjoy the luxury of not having to wait in line for your food & drinks. Your server will bring your order right to your seats while running a tab for your guests.

Additional Group Options include but are not limited to:

Have your next meeting, training session, or seminar in the Rock Cats conference center, located on the suite level. The room can accommodate up to 50 patrons and is equipped with a 45-inch screen with power point capabilities. The conference center is available on non-game days and game days. On game days, handle your business during the day then treat your group to a Rock Cats hospitality outing. Food can be served all day including customized breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.

Rental Fee - $200 (waived if partake in a Rock Cats Hospitality Outing)
